my default choice for rolemaster is high man fighter simply becouse i don`t know how magic works. :S.

I would try out the paladin wich i`m guessing is like a cross of a fighter and mage judging by the rulebook.

I am a bit confused with the whole class system tbh.

I will start a thread in the upcoming games section with some further info to try and help you out a little bit with professions and the magic system.

As for the Paladin, that is a profession from the "of Channeling" Spell Law book and is a mix of fighter/healer.

Yup, I'll go with Rolemaster.  I've had some experience of it and found it an OK system, but that was probably because none of us got hit with the obscene crits you can get...

I'll have a think about what to play, might go for some kind of mage or similar, but I'm not too au fait with the setting.

The system may take a bit of getting used to, but it can be a lot of fun. And you know you are looking forward to decapitating your enemies....or turning them into living fireballs if you go with a spellcaster Wink

Oooh, that really does make going for a mage more interesting! Smiley

Quick Note:

In case it wasn't obvious I won't be there this weekend Smiley I would need a lift home and this wouldn't be possible because Jake/Waylander are busy this weekend.

If I am wrong let me know - otherwise see you the weekend after!!

(mr Lizii cannot give me a lift cause the petrol costs are killing us).

Unfortunately work has conspired to keep me away this weekend also - next week I will definitely be there and I'm trying to get shifts changed for the next few weeks afterwards, but there is an end in sight for me working Sundays so I should have no issues again soon.
